Four Patch Dash
by Carrie Nelson
You can down load the pattern for
Carrie's Block by clicking here.
This one was made with fabrics from my Coral Bells fabric line.
Right now, I'm not at home.
I'm in Golden, Colorado where its 46.
It was 89 at home when I left home Sunday.
They're warning truckers not to go past Denver without chains.
Wow!

Wow!
What I'm doing (besides being cold since I didn't even bring a jacket)
is filming a teaching series of 10 lessons on Needleturn Appliqué using my new quilt
Pleasant Grove Primer made from my latest line Sycamore.
It's going to be really neat because you can download the series to your computer so that you can back them up, watch them over, yada, yada, yada- just like having a disc.
They won't be out until the first of the year but I'll keep you posted.
And speaking of keeping you posted, I need to announce
the winners of the last two door prizes from September Fest.
I've been remiss about the announcement but they have the Layer Cakes and I've been on the road.
They are.....................drum roll
Karen Scherer and
Diana West.
Enjoy your layer cakes, ladies and thanks for coming.
We really enjoyed seeing everyone.
So now, lets go see what the other designers have done with Carrie's block.
