Block #34 is
Basket and Vine by Jan Patek

Usually I make a 2nd block and take pictures
as I go along to do a tutorial.
This week however, we have had a blizzard
which has taken up most of my time.
And ladies the month of Christmas is upon us.
So instead I'm going to refer you to a tutorial I
did on You Tube on Baskets.
The basket itself is a different shape but the principal
is the same. And dealing with the basket handle,
stems and leaves is exactly the same..
To watch it go to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RC9gfRDNXKE.
I believe we have already covered circles (berries) and stars
in other blocks.
This is Midnight Serenade - a TableStand (Or Table Top) Quilt.
Each little quilt is really 2 quilts so if it's
sitting on your table it can be seen from both sides.
This is the front
And this is the back.
Or viva versa.
It's being featured in my book by Martingale
that's coming out soon.
To celebrate the book - I'm having a drawing for a kit.
Make a comment, any old comment
and I will have the random number generator
pick one to be announced next
Blockheads Wednesday.
