and one of my favorite quilts in the books is

Zoie's Christmas Kitties

I have a new kitty

Her name is Chantilly

and she's a sweetheart.

She loves to take naps on my bed.

And this is Midnight

Nancy's cat.  And he really is Nancy's cat.

He follows her everywhere. 

The only one I couldn't take a 

picture of is Dueces -Pep's tuxedo cat.

I think he's up in the barn taking care of mice.

He and our 6 ft black snake take great care of the

mice.  I really prefer Dueces but I've never been afraid 

of snakes - non poisonous ones, of course.

But  lets see what the

Our Vintage Book

 this month is Up on the Rooftop 

and this is one of the

quilts in it "Rudolph and Company".

You can just repeat using the same

footprint and handprint 

or

if you have lots of kids or 

grandkids you can use all of their

footprints and handprints.  Then they 

can sign their block.  

And be sure to have them date it.

It's 80" x 85" and goes on

the boy's bed every Christmas
