Jan Patek Quilts: And there will be apples this fall!!!

2013 Mystery Quilt BOM - 80" x 96"

Below is a "sneak peek" at the Mystery Quilt for next year. Jan's been playing with colors. Each month you will either get one large applique block or a smaller applique block and some pieced houses & trees. It will be $28.50 a month and that does include shipping (except for the month we send the borders). If you want in on the fun, email Tori at janpatekquilts@yahoo.com or call her at 816-632-7632. (Do remember if it just rings and rings, it doesn't mean we're not there, it means we're on the phone - crazy Century Link). If you belonged to the Mystery Quilt Club this year you're automatically on the list next year unless you tell us you want off. International shipments will cost the same if we ship three blocks together. Otherwise there will be an additional $15.95 each month for shipping.

Members - be sure to check your email each month for your invoice. Unless we charge your credit card automatically, you'll need to go to Paypal and pay so we can ship your block. You don't want to miss a single month.

And there will be apples this fall!!!

Dried apple strings for the mantle at Christmas and before that

apple pies, apple cobbler, apple tarts and Pep's hard apple cider that tastes like champagne. Yum!

I need to get out my Apple Tree Lane quilt.

Apples sound really good , is that your yard ? right now Im on mango kick however apples make better quilts and pies...good to see you back in blogland

We seem to be having trouble with our email. Some - just some - are not getting through.

My son says we live in a communication black hole up here. Tori and I check the email at least twice every day, Mon-Fri. If you do not hear from us within 2 business days of sending the email, here's another option. Go to our store. On the left hand side of the page, at the bottom are the words "Contact us". If you click on the words it brings up a form to fill out and will send us an email. Those emails usually get through. You can go to the store by clicking here.

And that brings up another issue - the phone. If you call and the phone rings and rings and rings and no one answers it doesn't mean that we're not here when we say we'll be, it means we're on the phone. Why in God's name Centurytel decided to do away with the busy signal is beyond me.
