Jan, I'm concerned about my mystery quilt mailings. I haven't received one since July. I really don't want to end up with half a quilt. No responses to my email inquiries. Today the phone greeting cut off before I could leave a message. Thanks.
Linda - this one is a little harder. I'll have Tori look on our clue list for a "Linda" and see if she can find out what happened. As you can see, I don't check my blog every day - too busy - but will either email or call or if we can't find you, I'll post back here and try to get more info. Thanks. And sorry.
Still haven't received my order, 931461, placed in September and totaling over $100. Sorry to go at it this way, but I don't know what other option I have.
Thanks for the order #. I looked it up in the store and it shows up as filled. I printed the order form out and will take it up to Tori. I don't know if we had a tracking # on it or not but we'll try to trace it down and get back to you. Either way, after this amount of time we'll just send you another and hope the first order shows up. I love living way out in the country but this is one of the prices we pay for living here.
Thanks, Jan. I finally received part of my order Friday, Nov. 22. (It was postmarked Nov. 20 - fast delivery for the US Postal Service!) An included note explained that the rest is waiting on printing. I really appreciate your help.
I had no reply on any of my emails. Me too have not received mystary quilt parcel, and the new invoice was send to me yesterday. I am worried.Is that the way to do business. Really it is getting to me now.Sorry to use your block but that is the Only way I can think of.
Margaret, I haven't gotten any emails from you. They usually get through to me but I guess not this month. We're sending the borders & binding this month so everything is taking time to cut and package. We don't invoice until we're ready to ship. I believe Tori said they were due to go out today. Jan

Jan Tori does not do what she promised. She appologize in a email on Monday about my MQ blocks (paid) that I have not received, and she was sorry to say that the tracking nr she send more than 2 months ago was not registered. Then she say she is going to take out my paid blocks and email me the new tracking nr later that same day(3days ago) no information yet! Then I got a new reminder of paying another invoice for I assume the last blocks of the MQ. Jan now how can I send a payment if I didn't receive my previous blocks paid! Will you? Looks like I lost my money, sit with only a half a quilt just because of Tori does not do what she say in her emials! I do not no what to do further to get my blocks and the rest of the quilt. I am willing to pay my new invoice for the last of the MQ but I I must be sure that she will send my blocks paid!!
