Unfortunately you got the fabric for Block #2 - the April Block. Of course the fabric didn't match the block.
The fabric for your 1st block and the pattern & picture for the 2nd block will be shipping out the 17th. Since last month you got the pattern and instructions for the 1st block and the fabric for the 2nd, you then should have everything you need to make both blocks.
We're really sorry for the confusion. Wendy just grabbed the wrong cutting sheet.
Oh my, life can certainly get interesting.
Jan, Any chance you could send me the FFBOM 2011 I am still missing blocks 7-12?ReplyDelete
thanks Jan, love your patterns.
Good Lord, Heather. Yes, we still have some, I'm sure. Email Tori at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll see if we can sort things out. Hugs. JanDelete
I never got the first block so I guess I'm okay.ReplyDelete
They're on their way. They were shipped from here on the 22nd and people are just now starting to get them. If you don't get it within a week, email Tori at email@example.com. I really am pretty sure this is the last year I'll do these - can't handle the stress.ReplyDelete
Hi Jan. I'm trying to order your Festival of Life pattern but Paypal keeps doubling the shipping cost from $2 to $4. I've tried everything I can think of to get this to work from my end without any luck. I've sent three emails in the last two weeks to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting help and I've telephoned twice this week (I left a message the first time asking someone to call me back or to respond to my emails, and the second time the phone just rang and rang). Could you please help me? Sorry to be such a pest but I really like this pattern and would like to buy it. Thank you.ReplyDelete
Tina - See - I'm trying to figure out where the breakdown in communications is so I don't go crazy. Tori went over all of the emails last night - she told me she did this morning. If there had been an email from you, I'm sure she would have answered it. And we were in and out of the office all day today so the phone should have been answered. I just don't understand what is going on and why our emails aren't getting through. I know Mr. Biddle from Moda showed me his log where 2 emails had been sent to me and I never got them. I will forward this to Tori and we'll get you your book. Would you email her at email@example.com and give her your address and phone number. I'm really sorry about this and may I tell you that I'm as frustrated as you.ReplyDelete
Thanks so much Jan! I just emailed the information to Tori and really appreciate your help with this. Best regards!!Delete
Tina, I also need to tell you that when the phone rings and rings and rings, it means we're on the other phone. If you don't get voicemail or the answering machine, we're on the phone. I have no idea why they did away with the busy signal. And if you get the answering machine, leave a message. If you get the voicemail, just wait and call back. Or call later and leave it on the answering machine.Delete
Oh Jan, I am so sorry this is happening to you! Computers....ARRGGGHHHH!! I just love your books and kits and have quite a few on my list to buy as money permits so I hope you will continue to sell them. I haven't heard from Tori yet, but since it's the weekend, I don't expect to until early next week. Again, thanks for helping me out and I wish you a wonderful, stress-free day!Delete
P.S. Spike is the cutest!
I've also called and emailed numerous times with no answers from anyone. I signed up for the Mystery BOM (Collector Series) and received Block 1 but no other months. I ordered the Leap Year/Spring Special (buy 2 kits) the beginining of March and have not received anything. I did finally receive the last Featured Fabric BOM Block from 2011. Thank you. I just sent my email to the email address you provided above. I hope the order issues can be sorted out. Best Regards, Betsy
I really appreciate all of your patience. We've been having massive problems with slow mail for over a year now. Slow or just plain old lost. Did you order your Leap Year kits on Goodsie (the store) or call the order in. All of the Goodsie orders have been shipped so if you ordered it there, it's been lost. I'm glad you emailed Tori at the 2nd email address. So far, we haven't had any problems with it. And I'm going to knock on wood when I say that.ReplyDelete
I tried to order through Goodsie but it was not behaving that day. Your blog had mentioned if we had a problem to email Tori. "If for some reason the store gets a glitch email Tori at firstname.lastname@example.org " which is what I did. I am very patient and I understand your frustration as well. Hopefully, you will receive the email I resent yesterday(to both addresses) outlining my orders and we can get it straightened out. It's difficult for me to call as I am working when you have office hours. Hang in there.. you've very talented and I really appreciate that you take the time to kit your wonderful patterns for us so far away. Betsy
Hi - I just received block 3 today but never received 1 & 2. And Block 3 was damaged at the post office, luckily I think the fabrics are all ok, they sent a note along with it apologizing, maybe there machine ate my 1st two blocks, lol.ReplyDelete
I love this pattern! It is adorable.ReplyDelete
