Meanwhile not only has the Blockheads quilt been moving along
so has the year.-------It's almost the 4th of July!
I'm not at all sure how that happened.
It's always a big day around here and since we live in
the country and have had a couple of good rains lately
we can shoot off all the fireworks we want.
Long May She Wave
To add to the celebration we're putting a few kits on sale.
There's a 4th each year and we only have one or two of these kits left.
There is a tutorial on the eagle's wings in Long May She Wave on
my YouTube Channel. I thought the wings might be a bit
"challenging" so I did a tutorial on them.
You can watch the tutorial by clicking here.
You can go to the store to get your kit by clicking here.
Let Freedom Ring
The kit for Four Flags is on sale for 25% off too and I
left American Spirit on special for one more day (at least).
As many of you know, I love quilts with Flags and Eagles
so I'm leaving American Spirit on special for at least one more day too.
So now lets go see what the other designers
have done with Brigette's block.
And Betsy is running around like a crazy person doing workshops and giving lectures (if we all were from the country I would say "like a chicken with it's head cut off" but that might offend some city people) so to see her block to Moda's Cutting Table - listed below.
Lynne of Kansas Troubles
Barb & Mary of Me and My Sister
Brigitte Heitland of Zen Chic
Vanessa of Lella Boutique
Betsy Chutchian
Stacy lest Hsu
Laurie Simpson of Minick & Simpson
Sherri McConnell of A Quilting Life
Lisa Bongean of Primitive Gatherings
Corey Yoder of Coriander Quilts
Carrie Nelson of Moda's Cutting Table
Jo Morton of Jo's Quilts probably won't be posting
in Blockheads much except when it's her block
but you might just want
to drop in and see what she's doing.
If so, click here.
Well, that makes 12.
I seem to be Lucky 13.
See you next week ladies.
